Breakfast: yogurt w/raisins and sliced almonds
Snack: 2 1/2 cups coffee w/half and half, 1 cup cocoa puffs
Dinner: 1/4 fresh direct pizza, blueberries, 1/3 apple, water
Snack: amaretto, spoonful of peanut butter
Friday's exercise: 45 minutes wii fit
