Lunch: leftover quiche, green grapes, 2 pieces french bread w/butter, 2 cups coffee w/cream
Dinner: spinach pasta w/2 meatballs and marinara sauce, 1/2 pear, water
Snack: 1 1/2 toblerone pieces
Wednesday's exercise: walked 4 miles
Year-to-date running: 34.5 miles
