Breakfast: cereal w/milk, 2 cups coffee w/half and half
Lunch: grapefruit, several slices of stollen, water
Dinner: pasta w/tomato sauce, apple slices, stollen, 2 pieces of toblerone, water
Friday's mileage: 15 miles (wii)
Month-to-date: 87.5 miles
Year-to-date: 990.2 miles
