So today was it, my last training day before the Marathon. I ran (or tried to) the Central Park portion of the Marathon course. But crews were still busy cleaning up fallen branches and trees from this past weekend's snowstorm, so I did have to make a few detours. Still, it felt great to be out there seeing the Marathon banners and all the people working on Marathon preparation.
I'm a little nervous, but also very excited!
Wednesday
Breakfast: cereal with milk
Snack: 1 cup coffee w/half and half, Halloween candy
Lunch: leftover chicken breast w/apples and cranberries, propel
Snack: Halloween candy
Dinner: bbq chicken, rice, corn, grapes, water
Wednesday's mileage: 3.5 miles
Month-to-date: 6.5 miles
Year-to-date: 831 miles
