Cross Training
Took a day off from running and went for a long bike ride today instead. It was the first time I'd been on my bike all year -- it felt great!
Sunday
Breakfast: yogurt w/blueberries, 2 cups coffee w/half and half Snack: 1 mini-cliff bar Lunch: eggs w/peppers, onions, tomatoes, cilantro, sour cream, tortilla, black beans, diet coke, water Snack: hint water Dinner: chicken, 5-grain side dish, melon, water, toblerone
Sunday's mileage: 0 miles running (but biked 18 miles) Month-to-date: 75 miles Year-to-date: 515 miles
