Thundershowers
I had hoped to get 6 miles in today, but just a bit over halfway through I got caught in a thunderstorm. While the lightening wasn't frightening close (it appeared to hit Randall's Island; I was on the Manhattan side of the East River), it was close enough that I didn't think I should take an unnecessary chance.
Thursday Breakfast: yogurt w/sunflower seeds, 2 1/2 cups coffee w/half and half Lunch: leftover pasta w/meat sauce, water Snack: 2 cookies, lemonade Dinner: chicken tenders, roasted vegetables, strawberries, water Snack: 1/4 cup pecans, 5 chips, oj
