Lunch: 1/2 banana muffin, 1/2 cranberry scone, 1/2 diet sprite
Snack: bite of ice cream, lots of chocolate kisses, 2 string cheeses
Dinner: lasagna, carrot sticks, water
Monday's mileage: 3.5 miles
