Behind Schedule
I blew off my run yesterday to have breakfast out with my honey. It was lovely, but now I'm a bit behind and will really have to put in some miles this week! Today's run wasn't as energetic as it could be, alas.
Sunday Breakfast: yogurt w/sunflower seeds, 2 1/2 cups coffee w/half and half, water Lunch: propel, pb&j sandwich, applesauce, water Snack: 1 cup cheerios, quite a few chocolate kisses Dinner: filet mignon, roasted potatoes, green salad, watermelon, water
Sunday's mileage: 8 miles Month-to-date: 30.5 miles Year-to-date: 330.5 miles
