10 miles on wii
Ok, ok, I know that wii running isn't the same as real running, but I did two hours of running today - 18 or so miles according to the wii, but I'm only counting 10 because that's what I think I can run in 2 miles.
Friday
Breakfast: yogurt w/sunflower seeds and raisins, 2 1/2 cups coffee w/half and half Lunch: leftover pasta w/meat sauce, plum, water Snack: zone bar, 4 oz oj Dinner: 1/2 FD pizza, blueberries, water Snack: zone bar, water
Friday's mileage: 10 miles Month-to-date: 22.5 miles Year-to-date: 322.5 miles
