No Sun Today
I guess it serves me right for complaining about the sun yesterday: today there wasn't any, in fact, thundershowers threatened all day.
Breakfast: 1 cup cereal w/milk, water Snack: cliff bar, 2 1/2 cups coffee w/half and half
Lunch: steamed veggies, brown rice, tofu, propel Snack: chocolate covered pretzels, water Dinner: scrambled eggs, sticky bun, peach, water
Wednesday's mileage: 4.5 miles Month-to-date: 33 miles Year-to-date: 233.5 miles
