Another Nice Day for Running...
... not too hot, not too cold, bright blue skies. Central Park was crowded, so that was a pain, though.
Friday
Breakfast: kashi cereal & granola w/yogurt, 4 oz oj Snack: vanilla zone bar, 2 1/2 cups coffee w/half and half
Lunch: mac and cheese, granola, water
Dinner: steak, corn on the cob, watermelon, red wine Snack: 8 oreos
