Run Less But Run More
I'm going to try this week, to run more often. Even if they are shorter runs, I think I might ultimately be able to increase my mileage this way.
Today
Breakfast: yogurt w/sliced almonds, sticky bun, 2 1/2 cups coffee w/half and half Lunch: leftover pasta w/marinara sauce, almonds, water Dinner: spicy chicken in lettuce cup, scallion pancake, peking duck, hot tea, lichee nuts, fortune cookie
Today's mileage: ran 3 miles Month-to-date: 34.5 miles Year-to-date: 135.0 miles
