Wintry Mix
I waited and waited to run today, and when it seemed as though there was a break in the precipitation, I headed out. At first, I encountered just a delightful misty rain. But in the course of my run, I got hit with everything: sleet, snow, even a little hail! But I soldiered on!
Today
Breakfast: multi-grain puffed corn cereal w/milk, 2 1/2 cups coffee w/half and half Lunch: pasta w/cheese & black olives, pear Snack: hot chocolate, small cup of ice cream Dinner: pork loin w/peanut butter dipping sauce, spinach, water
Today's mileage: ran 3 miles Year-to-date: 72.5 miles
