Weekend Running
A busy schedule (and a little laziness) means I didn't get our this week as much as I should have. But I was out the last two days! I expect rain will keep me home tomorrow, but then am hoping for a run-filled week!
Friday: Breakfast: 1 cup Cracklin Oat Bran w/milk, 2 1/2 cups coffee w/half and half Lunch: 2 spoonfuls peanut butter, apple
Dinner: shared appetizers: chorizo, shrimp/bread w/garlic sauce; green salad, sliced steak, fries, 2 caipirinhas, water
Today's mileage: ran 1.5 miles Year-to-date: 36 miles
Saturday:
Breakfast: la liberte yogurt, 1/2 blueberry scone, banana, 2 1/2 cups coffee w/half and half Lunch: apple/squash soup, crackers Dinner: chicken breast w/barbecue sauce, asparagus, sticky bun, raspberries, water Snack: small glass Baily's
Today's mileage: ran 6 miles Year-to-date: 42 miles
