I didn't really want to run today, but I did and now I'm proud of myself!
Breakfast: la liberte yogurt, almonds, 2 cups coffee w/half and half
Lunch: subway veggie sandwich, water Snack: zone bar Dinner: leftover pasta, salad, wine
Today's mileage: ran 3 miles Year-to-date: 54.5 miles
