Friday Breakfast: Life cereal w/milk, 2 1/2 cups coffee w/low fat half and half Lunch: pork chop w/barbecue sauce, pita bread, water Snack: granola bar Dinner: baked chicken, asparagus, roasted sweet potato, red pepper strips w/caesar dressing, water
Friday's mileage: ran 6 miles Year-to-date: 63.5 miles
Saturday Breakfast: oatmeal w/fruit & nuts, 2 1/2 cups coffee w/low fat half and half Lunch: dunkin donuts reverse Boston cream donut Snack: leftover roasted sweet potato, granola bar, water Dinner: baked salmon, red pepper strips, corn, french bread w/olive oil, green grapes, wine
Saturday's mileage: ran 3 miles Year-to-date: 66.5 miles
