Another Six
I still have lots of catching up to do to get myself on track for 1000 miles this year. But I did six today (in beautiful weather) and hope to do another six tomorrow. With 1.5 on Tuesday and hopefully another 6 tomorrow, that will make 13.5 for the week, which is the most I've done this year.
Breakfast: honey yogurt w/sliced almonds, cubed honeydew melon, 2 1/2 cups mocha w/milk Lunch: turkey breast in 1/3 pita w/french dressing, pear, klondike bar, water Snack: 1 cup of cracklin oat bran, water Dinner: chicken & pasta w/tomato sauce, asparagus, merlot
Today's mileage: ran 6 miles Year-to-date: 49.5 miles
