Six At Last!
Six at last! Six at last! Thank God Almighty, I finally ran six at last!
It has been a long time since I completed the full loop in Central Park, so it felt great to make it all the way around today. I was slow, certainly, and people were passing me left and right (lots of people out enjoying the relatively mild temps today, even though it was snowing when I started). But I did it and look forward to continuing to ramp up my mileage in the weeks to come.
Saturday:
Breakfast: La Liberte yogurt, honeydew melon, 1 1/2 cups coffee w/half and half Lunch: ham and cheese sandwich w/good and evil pickles, vitamin water lemonade Snack: 1/4 cup trail mix, water Dinner: 1 caipirinha, 1/2 order shrimp appetizer, 1/2 order provolone/tomato appetizer, green salad, marinated steak, a few fries, 2 glasses red wine, chocolate martini
Today's mileage: ran 6 miles Year-to-date: 25 miles
