I didn't notice that my ipod was badly in need of a charge until I actually got to the running track today. So, with a heavy heart, I started off without music. I decided to do a short run (1.5 miles) but run at as fast a pace as possible. Doing so made me realize how slowly I usually run - so perhaps I'll try doing this (and keep up with the interval training) more often.
